University Partnerships

Building relationships with colleges and universities helps transition teams find programming that best meets a student’s interests and needs. Another benefit is access to disability service offices to help students build relationships needed to access accomodations in their post-secondary educational pursuit. Some partnerships are also structured for students to earn college credit while still in high school.
