This webinar invites attendees to step into the world of autism with curiosity and an open heart. Russell guides participants through the power of human connection, honoring the unique journeys, emotions, and lived experiences of individuals on the autism spectrum. The session creates space for both children and adults to feel fully validated, fostering deeper empathy and understanding.

About the Speaker: Russell Lehmann, Internationally recognized autism advocate, author, poet, and motivational speaker shares his inspiring message of acceptance, resilience, and inclusion. In this engaging webinar, participants will gain a deeper understanding of autism through the lived experiences of individuals on the spectrum, fostering empathy, meaningful connections, and greater support for children and adults alike.

GRANT FUNDING

This training is funded through the Pathways to Partnership (P2P) Grant, a Disability Innovation Fund grant awarded to
the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. To participate the student either must have an active OVR case (confirmed by OVR) or a completed OVR-244 Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) Request Form must be submitted.
